Refund policy

At Samreen Sarees, we carefully check every product before dispatch.

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery only if the product is damaged, defective, or the wrong product was received.
• The product must be unused, unwashed and in its original condition, with packaging intact.
• A clear unboxing video may be required for damaged or incorrect products.
• Products damaged due to customer handling, washing or misuse will not be eligible for return.
• Once the returned product is inspected and approved, the applicable refund will be processed to the original payment method.
• Shipping charges may be non-refundable.
